1. Value Your Property Correctly.
The first (and most important) thing is to get an accurate value of your property. It doesn't mean you have to ask this price but you do need to start your journey with realistic expectations.
Some auctioneers have been known to inflate prices to get sales instructions. Any values should be backed up by hard data and sales comparisons.
All our negotiators are certified valuers with The European Group of Valuers Associations (TEGoVA) and we have access to the latest market data.
2. Show Your Property at its Best.

There's some great websites we'd recommend to get your home ready for viewings.
Marketing
Use high quality coloured images for all your marketing.
3. List Your Property on the Major Portals.
Most buyers start their property search on the property portals. So it makes sense to have your property listed there.
We put all our listings (whatever their value) on all 3 major Irish property portals.
4. Make a Virtual Tour (especially if it's Free).
We must confess, we love Virtual Tours... What started as a safe way to view property during Covid lock-down has become a favorite feature for both our sellers and buyers.
Most agents charge €200-300 for this but, we love them so much, we do it for free.
